What items should be stored in a climate controlled environment?

Climate controlled storage is a great option for those items you want to keep safe from the harsh Michigan weather.

Climate control regulates temperature and humidity. Humidity is often the factor that causes the most damage to items like electronics, furniture, books, etc.

Units are maintained at 50 degrees in the winter and no hotter than 80 degrees in the summer. Humidity is always at or below 55%.

The facility comes with a brand new security system. This security system is online 24/7 and was installed locally by BT Technologies, a leading security software company in the Tri-City Area.

These climate controlled units automatically adjust to the ideal room temperatures to meet storage safety needs all year round.

Our climate controlled facility is the only one in the Auburn area and we are happy to provide you with a service to keep your items safe all year round, no matter what mother nature might throw our way.
